Position Summary
We’re looking for self-sufficient, motivated Shipper Receiver for our Portland location at 3720 NW Yeon Avenue who want to help us expand our fast-growing business.
Responsibilities
- Prepare bills of landing, invoices and other shipping receiving documents
- Assemble orders, packing, wrapping, and labelling pallets, can place material in storage areas
- Load trucks, ensure accuracy and quality of loads
- Inspect and verify incoming products against appropriate
- Unload incoming materials and store in designated areas
- Organize stock and maintain inventory
- Assist in inventory audits
- Follow all safety requirements
- Drive a forklift
Requirements
- Experience working in a warehouse, distribution center, shipping and receiving department or similar environment
- Able to lift 75 lbs. repeatedly
- Have forklift certificate or are willing to learn
- Able to attend work on a regular and consistence schedule
- Basic math skills
- Read and write in English, spoken Spanish is an asset
