We provide a diverse range of roles across many locations and a career where you can make a meaningful impact.THE ROLEThe Recreation and Inclusion Coordinator plays a pivotal role in creating safe, welcoming, and adaptive recreation programs and services for individuals and families within the military community. You will champion inclusion and accessibility across recreation, ensuring that people with disabilities and support needs can meaningfully engage in programming, events and community life.You will lead the planning, development, and evaluation of inclusion focused programs and services, and develop individualized plans for participants with disabilities and support needs. You will research, design and deliver comprehensive training for employees and provide expertise and support in implementing behaviour management protocols.You will establish clear, consistent, and proactive communication with participant families and caregivers.
