Remote Senior Care Navigator — Mental Health Support

Sailor Health is hiring a remote Care Navigator to be the first voice for patients and families seeking mental health care in Canada. You will guide clients through the intake process with warmth and professionalism, helping them move from inquiry to connected care.
As part of a remote-first team, you’ll coordinate with therapists, ensure smooth onboarding, and support families with compassionate, clear communication at every step.
