Job Responsibility:
Job Summary: Opal Cannabis seeks a friendly, knowledgeable Budtender to help customers with their cannabis needs. You'll educate customers, provide personalized recommendations, and create a welcoming atmosphere. If you're passionate about cannabis and skilled in customer service, we want to hear from you!
Seeking a candidate for evening and weekend shifts - Sundays mandatory
Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers and verify IDs
- Recommend products based on customer needs
- Educate customers on products, strains, and safe use
- Accurately process transactions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization
Qualifications:
- 19+ (per legal requirements)
- Retail or customer service experience preferred
- Knowledge of cannabis products or willingness to learn
- Strong communication skills
- Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
