sofatutor ist eine digitale Lernplattform für fast 2 Millionen Kinder, Schüler*innen, Eltern und Lehrkräfte. Als Accountant (gn) übernimmst du Verantwortung für die Weiterentwicklung unserer Buchhaltungsprozesse und sorgst gemeinsam mit unserem Accounting-Team dafür, dass alle wirtschaftlichen Vorgänge präzise, effizient und gesetzeskonform abgebildet werden.

Dein Verantwortungsbereich:
Teilbereiche der Finanzbuchhaltung, insbesondere Kreditoren- und Debitorenmanagement
Erstellung von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen nach HGB
Erstellung von Abschlüssen von Auslandsgesellschaften und Durchführung von Konsolidierungen
Durchführung von Zahlungsläufen und Kontenabstimmungen
Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung von Buchhaltungsprozessen sowie Unterstützung bei der Automatisierung wiederkehrender Aufgabe
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Abteilungen sowie externen Partner*innen (z. B. Steuerberatung, Wirtschaftsprüfung)
Das bringst du mit:
Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder ein relevantes wirtschaftliches Studium
Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Accounting , idealerweise in einem digitalen Umfeld
Fundierte Kenntnisse in MS Excel sowie Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen (z. B. Microsoft Navision / Business Central, Datev)
Erfahrung mit Prozessdigitalisierung
Interesse an der Weiterentwicklung bestehender Strukturen und Abläufe
Deutsch auf muttersprachlichem Niveau, sowie gute Englischkenntnisse für die interne Kommunikation im Unternehmen
Sehr genaue, strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
Hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Diskretion
