Work setting Urban area On-site customer service Retail business Responsibilities: Direct and control the operations of commercial facilities Evaluate the operations of facilities and the included real estate Plan and organize the operations of the facilities and the included real estate Promote sales to existing clients Develop reports and proposals to illustrate benefits from use of good or service Hire and oversee training and supervision of staff Plan and manage the facility's operations budget Plan, organize and direct administrative services such as signage, cleaning, maintenance, parking, safety inspections, security and snow removal Organize and maintain inventory Supervision 5-10 people Experience and specialization Computer and technology knowledge Database management MS Excel Point of sale system Benefits Financial benefits Gratuities Other benefits Parking available Until: 2026-04-18
