What will your typical day look like?
- Shape Enterprise Fraud Strategy: Collaborate with senior Deloitte and client leadership across industries to define fraud risk management strategies, operating models, governance structures, and transformation priorities that improve resilience, reduce losses, and support sustainable growth.
- Lead Complex Client Engagements: Manage workstreams and multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality client outcomes, balancing strategic direction, project delivery, stakeholder alignment, and practical execution.
- Drive Fraud Technology and Product Enablement: Support clients in defining requirements, evaluating fraud technology capabilities, shaping product roadmaps, and improving digital, data, analytics, and operational capabilities across fraud prevention, detection, investigation, and response.
- Facilitate Executive Decision-Making: Work with stakeholders at all levels to frame issues, evaluate options, prioritize initiatives, and align leadership around practical recommendations and implementation plans.
- Develop Thought Leadership and Market Opportunities: Produce insights, proposals, presentations, and points of view that help clients navigate emerging fraud trends, evolving technology, regulatory expectations, and broader enterprise risk priorities.

Successful candidates must demonstrate the ability to lead client work, solve complex problems, communicate clearly, influence stakeholders, develop teams, support business development, and create compelling executive-ready deliverables. We are looking for experienced, curious, structured problem-solvers who can bring practical judgment to fraud, technology, product, analytics, risk, operations, and transformation challenges. Relevant experience may include some or all of the following:
- Fraud Strategy and Transformation: Experience shaping fraud strategies, operating models, governance, process improvements, controls, or transformation initiatives.
- Fraud Technology and Product Management: Experience defining requirements, managing product roadmaps, evaluating fraud platforms, supporting implementations, or enhancing digital fraud capabilities.
- Analytics and Emerging Threat Analysis: Experience using data, analytics, intelligence, or market trends to identify fraud risks, generate insights, and strengthen prevention and detection.
- Controls, Cybersecurity, and Risk Evaluation: Experience assessing processes, controls, technology environments, cybersecurity considerations, or compliance expectations and translating findings into remediation plans.
- Stakeholder Alignment: Experience leading workshops, interviews, working sessions, or requirements discussions with executive, business, technology, operations, risk, and product stakeholders.
- Executive Relationship Management: Experience building trusted relationships with senior clients, Deloitte leaders, and cross-functional teams while managing expectations and driving alignment.
- Team Leadership and Delivery: Experience leading project teams, managing timelines and deliverables, coaching team members, and promoting collaboration, accountability, and quality outcomes.
- Client-Service Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in consulting, financial services, fraud management, technology, product management, risk, operations, analytics, audit, or related environments.
Education & Additional Requirements
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Economics, or a related discipline.
- Canadian travel may be required, with potential occasional international travel.
- Candidates may be required to obtain Government of Canada reliability status.
Total Rewards
The salary range for this position is $101,000 - $169,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
