- Support legal counsel in efficient business operations
- Build strong ties with stakeholders across the board
- Enhance performance through coaching and development
- Coordinate Board meetings and compliance processes
- Manage sensitive bank information with care
- Minimum of 7 years in finance, legal, or compliance
- Law degree with a focus on corporate or tax law preferred
- Expertise in analytical, communication, and collaboration skills
- Proven ability to manage ambiguity and influence decisions
- Data-driven with in-depth industry knowledge
