Build Your Career in Residential Field Service

At Bridgepoint Maintenance, our technicians solve problems every day. Whether it is restoring heat in the middle of winter, diagnosing an air-conditioning issue during the summer, or completing preventative maintenance before a small problem becomes a major repair, our team helps keep residential properties operating safely and efficiently.

We are looking for experienced HVAC Technicians who enjoy field service, can troubleshoot confidently, and take pride in delivering quality workmanship on every appointment.
