User Experience Designer

• - Leverage emerging AI tools and technologies to enhance design workflows, accelerate ideation, improve research synthesis, and create innovative user experiences.
• - Lead end-to-end product design initiatives, from discovery and concept development through execution, validation, and launch.
• - Collaborate closely with researchers, product managers, engineers, data analysts, and business stakeholders to understand user needs, technical constraints, and business objectives, translating insights into impactful product solutions.

Qualifications & Experience

• - 5+ years of experience in Product Design, UX Design, Interaction Design, or related fields, supported by a strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product thinking and measurable business impact.
• - Proven expertise in designing complex digital products, enterprise platforms, SaaS solutions, or data-intensive applications.
• - Proficiency in modern design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, or equivalent design platforms.
• - Experience utilizing AI-powered design, research, or productivity tools to improve design outcomes and team efficiency.
• - Strong understanding of design systems, information architecture, interaction design, visual design, and accessibility best practices.
• - Demonstrated ability to conduct user research, usability testing, and data-driven analysis to validate assumptions and guide product decisions.
• - Experience working within Agile product development environments and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
• - Strong business acumen with the ability to connect user experience improvements to customer satisfaction, product adoption, and business outcomes.
