Family looking for housekeeper

We are a family of four (2 boys 8 and 7) looking for a special person to help us navigate family life and work. My husband and I are both physicians with complicated schedules. We are looking for someone with flexibility: we offer 500$ a week (paid cash) for 4-5 hours a day, ideally each morning with possibility of adding certain evenings if we have issues with work. We would like someone to be home at 06:45 to manage the kids while they get ready for school. School drop-off is at 7:45. After dropping the kids to school (10 min walk), some household tasks would be required such as:

• running errands (pharmacy, dry cleaning, grocery shopping). I will get major grocery shopping delivered, but it would need to be stored.
• Laundry
• cleaning kitchen each morning
• meal prep
• household cleaning

Our kids only speak French: basic French knowledge is necessary. If you have a valid drivers' license this could be helpful for running errands but we are close to bus and metro stations.
