Experienced Housekeeper / Household Manager for Warm Family Home**

We are a warm and welcoming family looking for a reliable, experienced, and highly organized housekeeper to help care for our large family home. Our children are older—the youngest is 14—so this position is focused primarily on housekeeping and household management rather than childcare. We are looking for someone who takes pride in maintaining a beautiful, clean, comfortable, and well-organized home and who can confidently manage the day-to-day household routine.

• *Responsibilities will include:**
• Thorough cleaning and general upkeep of the home
• Laundry, ironing, folding, and organizing clothing and linens
• Keeping bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, closets, and common areas tidy and well maintained
• Light cooking, meal preparation, and kitchen clean-up
• Preparing the home before and after family dinners or entertaining
• Assisting with serving, clean-up, and other needs when we host guests
• Keeping household supplies, groceries, toiletries, and cleaning products fully stocked
• Maintaining shopping and household task lists
• Running errands, grocery shopping, picking up dry cleaning, and handling returns
• Receiving deliveries and being present to provide access to repair people, plumbers, contractors, and other service providers
• Helping coordinate household appointments and following up on maintenance tasks
• Noticing what needs attention and taking initiative to ensure the home runs smoothly

The ideal person is trustworthy, discreet, warm, energetic, and detail-oriented. You should be comfortable working independently, managing priorities, and taking ownership of the household routine. We value someone with a positive attitude who would like to become a dependable, long-term part of our household. A valid driver’s licence is required. Having your own reliable car is preferred, although a vehicle can be provided when necessary. Previous experience working in a large private home and excellent references are strongly preferred. Schedule, salary, and other details will be discussed based on experience and availability. preferred schedule would be Monday to Friday 1-8 and some weekends Saturdays on demand when hosting.
