We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team at a busy music school. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and have a background in administrative support. This role is essential for ensuring smooth operations and providing excellent customer service to our clients.
Manage front desk, meet and greet parents / students / other visitors and answering the phone with professionalism and courtesy
Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
Ability to deal with difficult situations
Reliable, punctual, polite and confident
Strong communication skills - verbal & written
Organizational skills
Handle filing and organization of documents to ensure easy access to information
Reply to voicemails and emails in a timely and professional manner
Understanding of school programs (training provided)
Sales of programs and materials
Maintain studio areas are clean, neat & orderly
Invoicing / receivables / payable
Prepare materials for new students
Documentation to be completed to Corporate requirements
Other duties as needed
Understanding/knowledge of music an asset
Proven experience in an administrative role.
Proficiency in Google Workspace tools.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Effective phone/email etiquette and customer service skills to interact positively with clients.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility in a dynamic environment.
Must be able to work evenings (3pm - 9pm) and weekends (Saturday)
