Restoration Estimator

Restorex Disaster Restoration is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Restoration Estimator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate estimates, and working closely with internal project managers to ensure restoration estimates are completed timely and efficiently.
Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare detailed and accurate estimates using Xactimate and or Symbility
Scope damages and identify required repairs and mitigation work
Communicate clearly with adjusters, and project managers
Ensure estimates align with insurance guidelines and company standards
Assist with documentation, reports, photos, and job files
Support project timelines and assist with change orders as required Qualifications & Skills Previous experience in restoration estimating
Proficiency in Xactimate (required)
Knowledge of Symbility (optional)
Knowledge of DocuSketch (optional)
Knowledge of insurance restoration processes
Strong communication and customer service skills
Excellent attention to detail and organization
Ability to work independently and manage multiple files
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation Preferred Experience
Water, fire, mold, or asbestos restoration background
IICRC certifications (WRT, ASD, FSRT, etc.) considered an asset What We Offer
