Senior Business Administration Coordinator

Description: Temporary Full Time We are hiring for a Senior Business Administration Coordinator role (12 month contract) in Winnipeg, MB. Reporting to the Associate Manager, Mortgage Administration, the primary role of the Senior Business Administration Coordinator is to support the Winnipeg Head Office and the Western Canadian Branches (Vancouver & Calgary) with administrative and reporting duties. This role will also support or coordinate with the Eastern Canadian Branches if the need arises. The ideal candidate for this role is an enthusiastic, detail-oriented multi-tasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment. What you will do:
  • Administrative duties include: ordering supplies, completing telephone requests, sorting mail, submitting expenses both on Concur and to our corporate A/P department, coordinating meeting rooms and ordering cafeteria items when needed, reconciling vacation attendance for the Winnipeg, Calgary, and Vancouver offices.
  • Responsible for the Annual Review information requests (Rent Roll and Financial Statements) for completion of Annual Risk Ratings which includes emailing the borrower, tracking the information as it comes in for approximately 700 loans.
  • Insurance tracking and review (approximately 550 loans).
  • Sending emails to our borrowers requesting current insurance certificate and current insurance contact, if other than the contact presently on file.
What you will bring:
  • Excellent communication skills - verbally & written
  • Basic Accounting and math skills, coupled with strong knowledge of Microsoft Suite of products.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Adaptable, flexible, and responsive to change with the ability to work Independently as well as within a team environment.
  • Good organizational skill with strong attention to detail, ability to prioritize, multi-task and meet deadlines.
The base salary for this position is between $39,200 - $58,800 annually. This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation ( i.e. annual bonus, commission etc).
