Lead TD’s Transaction Banking technology portfolio in Toronto, using portfolio strategy and executive judgment across digital channels, ledger, and payments.As Head of Technology Portfolio Management, you will direct a complex, multi-year portfolio within Technology Solutions. You will translate business priorities into funded roadmaps, oversee Tier 1 initiatives, and guide delivery across regulated banking environments. The mandate includes financial management, governance, benefits realization, and senior talent leadership.Key Responsibilities:
Define integrated Transaction Banking technology strategy and multi-year roadmapsOversee delivery performance across concurrent programs and agile teamsManage forecasts, actuals, variances, vendors, capacity, and benefitsOperate governance, risk, control, escalation, and executive reporting mechanismsLead senior program managers, project managers, and portfolio specialistsRequirements:
15+ years in financial-services technology or transformation leadershipExperience overseeing complex portfolios, Tier 1 initiatives, and major investmentsKnowledge of payments, digital channels, ledger integration, APIs, and cloudExperience with planning, financial management, governance, and benefits realizationUndergraduate degree;
MBA or advanced technical degree preferredBring executive portfolio leadership, technology fluency, and regulated-environment experience to TD’s Transaction Banking transformation in Toronto.
