Senior Technology Portfolio Manager

Strategic technology portfolio leadership at Maersk Ground Freight Technology requires strong execution, stakeholder influence, and operational excellence across functions.As a Senior Technology Program Manager, you will improve organizational maturity and ensure technology investments deliver measurable business value. You will work across Product, Technology, Customer Experience, Commercial, Operations, and Finance. The role combines portfolio management, business transformation, governance, and technology-enabled change.Key Responsibilities:
Build trusted partnerships across functions to align priorities and accelerate executionPrioritize portfolios and investment decisions against strategic objectivesLead cross-functional initiatives delivering sustainable business valueImprove governance, operating models, processes, and ways of workingDeliver executive insights supporting data-driven decisions and improvementRequirements:
Experience in portfolio or programme management disciplinesTrack record improving organizational effectiveness through governance and process optimizationStrong analytical, commercial, and operational capabilitiesExperience influencing stakeholders across functions and organizational levelsUnderstanding of agile delivery and organizational changeShape Maersk technology investments through portfolio leadership, governance, stakeholder alignment, and measurable transformation outcomes.
