Nous cherchons un(e) Réceptionniste doté(e) d’une énergie positive, capable de transformer les vacances de nos clients en un moment spécial. En tant que premier point de contact de nos résidences, vous êtes l'ambassadeur(drice) de la région et jouez un rôle clé dans la satisfaction de nos clients.
Entouré(e) d'une équipe soudée, vous aurez pour mission :
- De veiller à la satisfaction des vacanciers, avant leur arrivée (appel J-5) et tout au long de leur séjour, en les accueillant avec soin et en répondant à leurs demandes et leurs questions.
- De devenir la boussole des vacanciers en partageant les richesses de la région : les bons plans, les coins incontournables, les secrets de la destination.
- De travailler main dans la main avec les autres départements (Propreté, technique, animation etc.) pour garantir une expérience mémorable à nos clients.
- D'assurer la gestion administrative (facturation, encaissements, check-in et check-out etc.)
- De conseiller sur l’hébergement et les services associés pour répondre aux attentes spécifiques des clients.
- De contribuer à la réduction de l’impact environnemental au travers de notre politique RSE et de l’ensemble des écogestes métiers auxquels vous serez formés.

Profil
Nous recherchons un profil, quel que soit son parcours, dont l’état d’esprit reflète Pierre & Vacances : positif, inventif et engagé. Chez nous, vous découvrirez un métier essentiel à la réussite des vacances de nos clients
Nous Cherchons Un(e) Candidat(e) Avec
- Le sens du contact, notamment à l’oral que ce soit en présence du client ou au téléphone.
- La capacité à trouver des solutions pour assurer une expérience accueillante à nos clients.
- L’envie de contribuer à la bonne ambiance au sein d’une équipe en favorisant l’entraide.
- Une 1ère expérience idéalement en tant que réceptionniste ou à un poste similaire.
- Une maîtrise des outils informatiques (Pack Office, logiciels de réservation).
- A solid knowledge of English (spoken & written). Une deuxième langue serait un atout.
