Engineering Sales Business Development Representative

Engineering-focused Business Development Representative in Toronto, using technical sales expertise and market relationships to advance Victaulic solutions. Full-time work covers the GTA.Reporting to the Engineering Solutions Manager, this representative drives growth through engineering coverage. The work combines construction-market knowledge, account management, complex sales, and design specifications. You will engage engineers, owners, contractors, and decision-makers while promoting mechanical pipe joining solutions and related technical services.Key Responsibilities:
Identify and cultivate new business with engineers and decision-makersDrive product adoption using Toronto market and engineering knowledgeDevelop design specifications for technical audiencesMaintain product, application, and service knowledgeConduct councils with owners, engineers, and product executivesRequirements:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or BComExtensive Toronto construction and engineering experienceProven sales and account management track recordStrong engineering, communication, and presentation skillsWillingness to travel as requiredApply engineering judgment, technical communication, and sales experience to grow Victaulic solutions across Toronto’s construction market.
