Looking for Nanny to help two working professional parents.

We're Nick and Natalie, and our daughter Nora is 15 months old. We're looking for a warm, reliable person to care for Nora, help keep our home running smoothly and take our two dogs on a daily adventure. About us We live in a detached house in Saanich, in a neighbourhood full of kids. Natalie works full-time from home, and Nick works from home two days a week. That means a parent will usually be working nearby during your day, so we'd love someone who is comfortable caring for Nora while one of us is at a desk down the hall. What the job involves Caring for Nora: play, meals and snacks, diaper changes, outings to parks and playgrounds, and settling her for her nap. The dogs: a daily walk or trip to the park for our two medium sized dogs. Help around the house during Nora's nap (usually about 11:30 to 2): laundry, tidying, dishes, light meal prep... etc We're hoping you: Have experience caring for toddlers, with references we can contact Are comfortable with dogs, and ideally love them Notice what needs doing around the house and manage them independently.
