The Opportunity

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced and licensed Wealth Management Administrator who thrives in a detail oriented, client focused environment. You will play a critical role in supporting advisors, managing client relationships, and ensuring the seamless execution of financial and administrative processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day to day administrative and operational support to wealth management advisors
  • Prepare and process account documentation, transactions, and client instructions
  • Maintain and update client records with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality
  • Support client reporting, portfolio updates, and documentation requirements
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies
  • Respond to client inquiries in a professional and timely manner, contributing to a high quality client experience
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficient workflow and service delivery

Requirements

  • A valid securities license in British Columbia is an asset, but not required
  • Minimum five years of experience in wealth management or financial services administration
  • Strong understanding of investment products, account structures, and regulatory requirements
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Professional communication skills with a client first mindset
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and industry related financial systems
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a small team environment

Compensation and Growth

  • Salary range of $60000 to $70000, commensurate with experience
  • Performance review and salary adjustment after six months
  • Bonus eligibility after one year of employment
  • Opportunity to grow within a respected and relationship driven wealth management practice
