Marketing and Customer Coordinator

Job Responsibility:
Smiles First Corporation is a family-oriented company, that oversees and manages multiple dental practices across Canada. We continue to grow as a company, acquiring practices and expanding our sister companies. We are always looking for talented individuals to join our team, and we are currently searching for a Full-Time Marketing Assistant to join our team at our corporate headquarters.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Day-to-day execution of marketing activities
- Monitor industry trends, competitors, and internal expertise to generate relevant content ideas
- Write, edit, and design original and repurposed content (blog, press releases, whitepapers, infographics, etc.)
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our dental services and brand.
- Oversee content creation for social media, email campaigns, website updates, and other digital platforms.
- Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure accurate messaging and promotion of our services
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics for marketing initiatives (website traffic, social media growth, patient acquisition, etc.).
- Evaluate and reporting on results-focused analytics to improve marketing performance
- Participate in testing and analysis of marketing activities
- Work closely with company's marketing designer for all marketing initiatives
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms with professionalism and efficiency.
- Address and resolve customer concerns in a timely manner.
- Maintain up-to-date customer information using CRM systems.
- Gather and report customer feedback to the marketing and operations teams.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of marketing experience, preferably in a dental or healthcare setting.
- Strong understanding of the dental industry, including common dental procedures and patient care expectations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient with digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, social media platforms, email marketing, etc.).
- Experience with content management systems (CMS) and basic web design.
- Ability to work collaboratively and autonomously in a small business
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite/Cloud.
- Knowledge of WordPress, Hubspot and SalesForce are preferred
Additional Information:
- Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST
- In-person role, no remote work available
