Business Resilience Manager at BDO

This role blends client relationship management with innovative methodologies. BDO's National Business Resilience practice is expanding, and we are seeking an experienced leader. You will oversee complex projects involving business continuity, crisis management, and IT disaster recovery. In this managerial role, your leadership will empower consultants while enhancing client connections and guiding business development strategies. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end business resilience engagements and assessments
- Facilitate client workshops and simulations
- Develop methodologies aligned with ISO standards
- Integrate AI tools to enhance research and client deliverables
- Ensure high-quality and timely project delivery
- University degree in risk or related field
- Minimum 5 years in business continuity or emergency management
- Experience managing teams and engagements
- Strong communication and project management skills
- Knowledge of relevant standards and regulations
