Condominium Site Administrator Limited Licence

Job Responsibility:

We have an exciting opportunity for a experienced condo administrator to work in a high rise complex in downtown Toronto. Must have condo experience and a valid limited license from CMRAO.

Requirements

Excellent Customer Service skills

Excellent Communication skills

Experience in condominium high rise administration

Experience in condominium building software

Yardi Experience preferred

Ability to deal with difficult situations

This position supports a General License manager.
