CaptivateIQ Engineering Manager for Sales Strategy

Shape the development of sales planning tools as an Engineering Manager at CaptivateIQ. This pivotal role combines leadership with innovative technology in a flexible environment. With over 8 years in software development, including 2 years in management, your responsibilities will include guiding product strategy and delivery while fostering a high-quality culture. Your ability to navigate complexities will help you drive features that support businesses like Netflix and Stripe. Key Responsibilities:

Lead and nurture a trusted engineering culture
Develop and align product strategy with cross-functional teams
Oversee delivery of sales planning capabilities
Strengthen technical coaching and engineering growth
Establish architectural guidelines for product development

Requirements:

8+ years of software development experience
2+ years in engineering management
Proven experience in newly launched product environments
Strong judgment in product development
Effective in startup-like, dynamic settings
