Assistant Project Manager

To manage the creation of our new Strategic Plan. Responsible for the day-to-day logistics of PSC's planning process, including interacting with the members of the primary planning committee, PSC research scientists and managers, and other stakeholders. Duties and responsibilities will include assisting the planning committee and CEO with administrative functions and processes. Ensuring documentation is maintained. Analyzing project data and producing progress reports. Communicating plans, actions, risks, and issues to key stakeholders, ensuring the project team adheres to provided timelines and deliverables.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills. Proficient in spreadsheet and project management software.
