Department Overview

Private Wealth Management (PWM) Pricing is part of the dynamic PWM Solutions & Enablement team within PWM Strategy and Solutions. We are responsible for Investment Platforms, Technology, Operations and Digital Enablement for PIA, PIC, and FP ensuring alignment with business strategy, profitable management of key flagship products, and exceptional client and wealth advisor experiences. To deliver a best-in-class investment solutions platform, we focus on product & pricing strategy, development, and management; ongoing advisor / product / pricing / process optimization; P&L management; and distribution support.

We are hiring for the position of Analyst, Private Wealth Management (PWM) Pricing to help provide a broad range of pricing analysis, reporting, monitoring, and support to the Wealth Advice lines of business. Reporting to the Senior Manager, PWM Pricing, accountabilities of the Analyst role include:

• Providing pricing support to advisors, reviewing inquiries from the field on discount sharing charges, and reviewing requests to cross-platform price households
• Reviewing pricing exceptions requests and providing recommendations to Pricing Review Committee for all discount requests based on industry benchmarks
• Acting as a subject-matter expert in support of Wealth projects, including planning and executing on changes and updating processes and product features to adapt to regulatory changes and strategic initiatives
• Maintaining pricing information and other internal resources to reflect industry-wide best practices, processes, and policies
• Harmonizing and optimizing fee structures across channels to clearly differentiate advice offerings
• Developing frameworks to better understand detailed-level allocation of revenue, compensation, and expenses
• Supporting business growth by leveraging data to optimize pricing in advisors' books and identify areas of opportunity to apply consistent pricing practices
• Providing ad hoc pricing data, analysis, and project support and developing analytical insights for senior management to facilitate changes in pricing processes
• Ensuring policies and procedures are accurate and up to date

Job Requirements

• Familiarity with wealth and investment management or experience in advice-channel pricing models and analytics
• Strong analytical skills and an ability to effectively provide concise recommendations in a positive manner
• Clear communication skills and comfort working with cross-functional teams, colleagues, partners, and stakeholders
• Prioritization and time management skills with the ability to work independently and responsively in a changing and ambiguous environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Commitment to continuous learning and being a team player
• Driven to find creative solutions to complex problems
• Experience using data and analytics to support decision-making
