- Guide and mentor development by leading complex builds across LWC, Apex, and platform services, setting standards for code quality, testing, and DevOps pipelines, and resolving complex platform, integration, and performance issues
- Drive platform modernization initiatives, including migration from legacy Visualforce and Aura frameworks to LWC/LWR, adoption of scalable front-end architectures, rationalization of technical debt within all enterprise environments, and evaluation and adoption of Salesforce AI capabilities, including Agentforce and Einstein, to enhance customer and employee experiences
- Lead CI/CD and DevOps practices, enabling automated deployments and environment management, improved deployment frequency, source-driven development and packaging strategies, and consistent release governance across teams
- Coach and mentor engineers, promoting Salesforce platform expertise and certifications, adoption of best practices and reusable patterns, continuous improvement and knowledge sharing
- Support delivery and risk management by identifying enterprise-level technical risks early, ensuring alignment between roadmap, architecture, and delivery, and improving platform reliability, observability, and supportability
