VEHICLE SALES CONSULTANT APPRENTICE PROGRAM

The vehicle sales industry is one of the fastest changing professions in our marketplace today, driven by consumer demands for an easier and transparent transaction experience in a technology driven environment with easy access to information for consumers. Relationship with consumers and limited knowledge of dealership provided services and products hinders new employees in the industry from success early in their new career… it takes time to develop a substantial customer base and understanding the rapid changing industry. Your apprenticeship will provide a living hourly wage, plus incentives for performance in sales and customer satisfaction. This is accompanied by a flexible work schedule and good benefits in a positive work environment. The apprentice period will last between 3 and 6 months as you are giving the opportunity to develop a personal customer base and learn all aspects of dealership sales operations. We will give you time to develop if a solid effort and progress is maintained.
