Marketing Growth Manager - JOLT Toronto

JOLT

Shape JOLT's U.S. advertising efforts from Toronto as a Marketing Growth Manager. Join us if you’re a motivated individual with a strong marketing background! Ideal candidates have 4–7 years of experience encompassing digital and B2B marketing. You will work alongside cross-functional teams focusing on sales enablement, demand generation, and client engagement strategies. Key Responsibilities:

Understand client needs to drive effective marketing strategies
Develop and implement marketing initiatives for growth
Create impactful sales and presentation materials
Monitor and analyze marketing performance data
Prepare content that enhances JOLT’s brand visibility

Requirements:

Experience in marketing or digital advertising
Familiarity with tools like Salesforce and Figma
Strong collaborative skills with an independent work ethic
Insight into the advertising ecosystem is a strong advantage
Enthusiasm for learning and adapting to new marketing technologies
