Senior Employee Experience Program Manager

Lead employee experience innovation at Dropbox through AI enablement and tool optimization in a Virtual First, distributed work model. Candidates must reside in Alberta, British Columbia, Ontario, or Saskatchewan.As a Senior Program Manager, Employee Experience, you will own a strategic Virtual First technology work stream. You will manage interconnected programs spanning knowledge management, digital workflows, automation, and AI adoption. The work combines organizational research, experimentation, behavioral science, and cross-functional stakeholder management to improve employee effectiveness.Key Responsibilities:
Own strategy, roadmap, priorities, and outcomes for the technology work streamDesign and lead research, pilots, and experiments testing new work methodsTranslate findings into recommendations, behavioral frameworks, and operating modelsManage programs through scoping, validation, and enablement planningFacilitate cross-functional committees and partner on outcome measurementRequirements:
8+ years in program management or related disciplinesExpertise in AI adoption, knowledge management, workflows, and automationExperience leading complex programs through measurable outcomesExperience managing research, pilots, experiments, or innovation programsExcellent communication, facilitation, and judgment in ambiguityShape Dropbox’s technology-enabled ways of working through employee experience research, AI fluency, and measurable program outcomes.
