Senior Employee Technology Product Owner

Shape employee technology experiences at FCC through product ownership, stakeholder influence, and data-informed prioritization in a hybrid work setting.This senior product owner leads technology delivery across employee-facing products and workplace experiences. You will manage Agile backlogs, translate business problems into requirements, and guide practical solutions. The portfolio may include HR platforms, employee devices, meeting-room technology, workplace tools, and technology-enabled office initiatives.Key Responsibilities:
Create and prioritize transparent product backlogsTranslate stakeholder needs into actionable product workEvaluate priorities using data, value, and capacityManage JIRA backlog items and Agile delivery unitsDemonstrate functionality and use feedback to improve outcomesRequirements:
