Risk & Compliance Specialist - Health & Safety

IKEA

IKEA is seeking a Unit Business Risk & Compliance Co-worker in Canada to promote risk awareness and support risk-informed decisions within the unit. You will guide teams on Ingka policies, procedures, and local legislation to keep environments safe and secure.

Responsibilities include facilitating compliance and safety training, identifying risks, aiding investigations, and strengthening business resilience.
