Office Clerk – Logistics Department

Salary: $ 25.00 to $ 30.00 per hour (depending on experience). Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Location: Office located in Anjou (Montreal East) – 100% on-site. Responsibilities
Provide daily administrative support to the logistics team and assist them with their various projects. Order & Data Management: Perform rigorous data entry and ensure the tracking and management of orders.
Verify logistics invoices, follow up on approvals when required
Document Management: Maintain and update internal tracking systems. Ensure organized filing and proper archiving of all logistics documentation. QualificationsEducation & Experience: 1 to 2 years of experience in logistics or a similar administrative role. Bilingualism (Mandatory): Excellent command of both French and English (spoken and written), essential for regular communication with English-speaking partners, clients, and teams outside of Quebec. Technical Skills: Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office suite. Work experience with SAP software is a major asset. Summary
