Job Responsibility:
Job Overview:We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Operations Administrator to join our team. As an Operations Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our company. This position requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail.
Duties:- Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors and suppliers- Provide administrative support to the operations team- Assist with technical sales and technology sales activities- Analyze sales data and generate reports for management- Support outside sales representatives with account management tasks- Manage inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment- Coordinate logistics for product shipments and deliveries- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency
Experience:- Proven experience in sales or operations roles- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)- Knowledge of CRM software is a plus
The successful candidate will have a College Degree in design or equivalent work experience with a proven sales track record. The candidate must be a self starter and results orientated with excellent organizational, communication and customer service skills as well as having working knowledge of design software. Ability to read architectural drawings or blueprints an asset. The successful candidates must have own car, cell phone and computer.
Sales Designers receive training salary (2 weeks) before transferring to commission base.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $50,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 24 - 44 per week
