Senior Manager in Defense Procurement

Shape the future of defense procurement with EY as a Senior Manager focused on supply chain solutions. Drive transformation and secure mission-ready operations in a pivotal role. At EY, we seek a Senior Manager specializing in procurement for the defense sector to oversee complex supply chains and modernization initiatives. This role demands collaboration with defense leaders to enhance procurement functions, including digital enablement and secure supplier management. You'll impact national security by building agile and compliant procurement capabilities. Key Responsibilities:

Guide defense organizations in procurement and supply chain transformations
Support senior leaders in modernizing procurement operations
Advise on secure and compliant procurement practices
Lead major procurement modernization programs and initiatives
Manage multi-disciplinary teams and client relationships

Requirements:

Graduate degree in Business or related fields
8+ years in defense, aerospace, or government procurement
Expertise in category management and contract management
Understanding of defense procurement policies
Ability to obtain a Government of Canada security clearance
