T he Senior SAP Human Resources Functional Anal yst is a functional specialist responsible for designing, validating, and enabling SAP S/4HANA–based HR processes that align business objectives with SAP standard capabilities. The role acts as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams, ensuring end‑to‑end HR processes are fit‑for‑purpose, scalable, and aligned with clean‑core principles. This role should also have strengths and deep familiarity with other key integrated SAP platforms like Workday, SAP SuccessFactors and SAP Fieldglass and how they interact with the S/4HANA Co
re.
