Concierge Associate at DYMON

Elevate customer experiences as a Concierge Associate at DYMON. We seek energetic individuals who excel in service and relationship building in a fast-paced retail environment. This full-time role requires passionate associates who are motivated to provide exceptional customer service while meeting sales goals. You will leverage your strong selling and communication skills to help customers choose the right storage solutions and home décor products. Take pride in maintaining the store’s presentation and cleanliness, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Key Responsibilities:
- Represent core values through customer-centric actions
- Uncover and meet customer needs with outstanding communication
- Build long-term relationships using selling expertise
- Achieve sales goals and service quality standards
- Ensure routine store inspections and cleanliness
- Minimum 2 years of retail sales experience preferred
- Minimum 2 years in customer service preferred
- Strong organizational and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with excellent time management abilities
- Proficient in commonly used computer applications
