Senior HCM Analyst for Workday System

Join Teranet as a Senior Workday Enterprise Systems Analyst, focusing on HCM modules. Leverage your expertise to ensure optimal performance and support across essential HR functions. In this role, you will be a crucial resource, responsible for overseeing the Workday platform's day-to-day operations. You will provide high-level Tier 1 and Tier 2 support while ensuring the confidentiality of sensitive workforce and payroll data. Your experience with Workday's HCM modules will be vital for enhancing system capabilities and resolving critical issues. Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and resolve issues within Workday HCM modules
• Lead enhancement deliveries for continuous platform improvement
• Manage production incidents and track ticket status
• Configure and oversee Workday business processes
• Support testing for Workday releases and enhancements Requirements:
• 5+ years of Workday experience in HCM modules
• Strong skills in Workday configuration, reporting, and security
• Experience with integrations (EIB, Studio, APIs)
• Knowledge of software development life cycle
