Drive operational excellence at Cadre Holdings as a Regional Director. Lead transformative initiatives across multiple business units in the Ottawa region to ensure sustainable performance improvement. As a pivotal leader reporting to the Global Director, this role focuses on deploying the Cadre Operating Model and aligning strategies with operational roadmaps. With over 10 years of progressive leadership experience, you will partner with executive teams to achieve measurable business results while building a culture of continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead deployment of the Cadre Operating Model across sites
- Translate strategic objectives into operational roadmaps
- Champion initiatives improving Safety, Quality, and Employee Engagement
- Establish best-in-class continuous improvement methodologies
- Serve as an advisor to Plant Managers and senior leadership
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Operations, or Business
- Minimum 10 years in Operational Excellence or Lean
- Success in multi-site transformation initiatives
- Expertise in Lean, Kaizen, and Root Cause Analysis
- Willingness to travel extensively across sites
