Insurance Advisor - Bravo Insurance

About the Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Insurance Advisor with a Level 1 or 2 General Insurance license to join our team in Vancouver, BC.

Key Responsibilities:

· Assist clients with their personal insurance needs, including auto, home, and other personal lines coverage

· Provide accurate insurance quotes and clearly explain coverage, policy options, and recommendations in a clear and professional manner

· Process new policies, renewals, endorsements, cancellations, and other policy transactions accurately and efficiently

· Assess client needs and recommend appropriate tailored insurance solutions

· Build and maintain strong and long-term relationships with clients through timely and professional service

· Respond to walk-in, telephone, and email inquiries promptly and courteously

· Support walk-in, phone, and email inquiries in a professional manner

· Ensure all activities comply with applicable regulatory requirements, licensing standards, and company policies

· Collaborate with team members to provide exceptional client service

· Assist with day-to-day office operations and contribute to a positive and professional working environment

Qualifications:

· Level 1 or Level 2 General Insurance Licence required

· Previous insurance experience in Autoplan (ICBC), Personal Lines. Experience with Commercial is an asset

· Proficiency in English (written and verbal) is required

· Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills

· Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

· Effective problem-solving skills and willingness to learn and grow

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Compensation:

$35,000 - $85,000 annually, based on skills, experience and licencing level.
