ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supplying parts quotes and sales to service, internal, retail, and wholesale clients.
• Answering phone calls on an ongoing basis.
• Organizing and maintain parts department and workspace.
• Helping in stocking inventory daily as required.
• When necessary, helping in the delivery of parts to clients.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

• Auto industry experience
• Knowledge of PBS is considered an asset
• Minimum 2-year telephone-based customer service experience.
• Possess exceptionally strong telephone communications skills.
• To be a dealership/brand advocate promoting extraordinary customer service.
• Must be detail-oriented, thorough, and able to work independently.
• Is knowledgeable about dealership operations.
• Flexibility and adaptability.
• The desire for continuous professional growth and improvement.
• Problem-solving.
• Ability to work effectively and congenially with others in the department and the dealership.
• Ability and aptitude to establish rapport with customers over the telephone.
