Executive Commercial Director, CPG

Take the lead as a Commercial Director with a prominent global consumer goods company in Toronto, ON. This hybrid role requires strategic insight and a results-oriented focus. In this executive leadership position, you will be responsible for the national growth strategy and overall business performance in Canada. Your experience in commercial leadership will drive innovative solutions and foster partnerships within a competitive market. Collaborating with various teams, you will influence brand strategy and financial outcomes. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement commercial and annual sales strategies
- Monitor and achieve P&L performance and profitability
- Lead a small internal team aligned with business goals
- Manage external partner relationships, driving success
- Oversee marketing strategies that resonate with local markets
- 10+ years of relevant experience in commercial roles
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing; MBA is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to manage P&L effectively
- Strong experience in CPG or FMCG sectors
- Bilingual in English; French is a plus
