You will handle complex HR/payroll implementations and liaise with integrators to facilitate successful system migrations. A strong understanding of Canadian payroll compliance is essential, as is your expertise in employee central data management and time tracking solutions. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of payroll schemas and wage types
- Manage employee central data models and positions
- Direct time management functionalities and processes
- Execute data migration including mapping and validation
- Collaborate with business leads for smooth integration
- Over 8 years in SAP SuccessFactors roles
- Expertise in HR/payroll implementation processes
- Familiarity with Canadian payroll legislation
- Experience with SAP Migration Center and ETL tools
- Understanding of complex data migration workflows
