Dynamite Assistant Store Manager
Groupe Dynamite Inc.
Lead sales and customer experiences at Dynamite as an Assistant Manager, using fashion expertise and team leadership to strengthen store performance.
Reporting to the Store Manager, you will support all store operations while leading a high-performing team. Your work spans sales optimization, customer satisfaction, inventory management, visual merchandising, and digital platforms. You will help maintain brand standards and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Store Manager across daily store operations
- Lead teams to optimize sales results and customer experiences
- Support inventory management and shipment processing
- Replenish the sales floor and fulfill eCom orders
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and brand directives
Requirements:
- High school diploma; business education is an asset
- Two years of management experience, preferably in fashion
- Passion for fashion and a customer-oriented approach
- Strong decision-making, organizational, and multitasking skills
- Flexible availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
