Fonctions principales
Sécurité et conformité
- S’assurer de respecter les protocoles de santé et sécurité et maintenir un environnement de travail exempt de risques
- Imposer des méthodes de travail et des comportements sécuritaires au sein de l'équipe.
- Effectuer des audits de sécurité et des vérifications d'entrepôt.
- Superviser la circulation dans les entrepôts et assurer la sécurité des mouvements des véhicules.
- Effectuer des audits de fourgonnettes et superviser la gestion du trafic des entrepôts.
- S’assurer de la propreté et de l'organisation de l'entrepôt.
- Intervenir en cas d'urgence au besoin.
Opérations et logistique
- Superviser l'expédition, la réception et la gestion des stocks.
- Décharger les remorques et vérifier le fret par rapport aux manifestes.
- Aider à trier, numériser et traiter les colis (y compris les articles défectueux et les retours).
- Effectuer les IDC/Drivers check-in/out, le chargement et l'expédition des colis.
- Effectuer des vérifications de qualité lors des ramassages de retour et le processus de retour au client.
- Créer/confirmer les réservations de chauffeurs avec les BP concernés.
- Générer le plan d'itinéraire du lendemain et envoyer des courriels d'optimisation à l'équipe d'optimisation.
Rapports et administration
- Maintenir des journaux de livraison, d'incidents et d'inventaire précis, et soumettre des rapports quotidiens complets.
- Compléter les rapports quotidiens et les soumettre aux clients, à l'équipe de la station et au gestionnaire (rapport quotidien de cas AMZ, transfert de quart, etc.).
- Examiner les rapports de preuve de livraison (POD).
- Remplir les feuilles de temps quotidiennes et les soumettre au gestionnaire de la station.
- Effectuer la saisie de données au besoin.
Direction d'équipe et service à la clientèle
- Attribuer des tâches quotidiennes au personnel ainsi que surveiller la productivité et la conformité aux SOP.
- Préparer et surveiller les rapports de performance (livraisons ponctuelles, exceptions, etc.).
- Offrir du coaching, du soutien, de la formation aux chauffeurs et au personnel d'entrepôt, y compris l'intégration des nouvelles recrues.
- Traiter rapidement les plaintes de livraison, les dommages ou les colis perdus.
- S’assurer des normes de service élevées et de la satisfaction de la clientèle.
- Évaluer la performance des employés, la conduite en milieu de travail et la conformité selon les besoins, y compris la discipline lorsque cela est nécessaire.
- Effectuer le nettoyage, l'entretien ménager et les inspections de sécurité.
- Toutes autres tâches connexes.
