Frontend Development Lead at AlayaCare

Your insights will shape our technical direction and foster innovation. Key Responsibilities:
- Design engaging user interfaces in collaboration with design teams
- Develop scalable and consistent coding practices across projects
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback
- Diagnose issues in production to ensure reliable applications
- Collaborate closely with product managers to define project scopes
- Minimum of 4 years in software development
- In-depth knowledge of modern JavaScript and either PHP or Python
- Familiarity with CI/CD processes and unit testing frameworks
- Experience with design systems and AI-enhanced coding tools
- Excellent verbal communication across technical backgrounds
