Position Information:

• Successful applicant must have strong analytical skills, solid communication and inter-personal

skills, and financial acumen

• Possess a Certificate from a Community College - Accounting preferred
• Demonstrated understanding of Health Care lean Principals is preferred
• Three years of accounting experience preferably in a Healthcare setting
• Must possess the ability to work collaboratively with internal departments, other agencies, and vendors
• Responsible for standard accounting clerical duties mainly within the area of Accounts Payable but also provide support in Accounts Receivable, General Ledger and Billing
• Maintain vendor accounts, analyzing and reconciling accounts for audit and control purposes
• Ensures completeness and accuracy of all financial data, ensuring compliance with appropriate policies and procedures and various reporting standards
• Assist with and provide support for month end duties, reconciliations and year-end processes
• Proficient in Oracle and HRCM is preferred, Microsoft Office, specifically Excel is required
