Join Allshores as a Commercially Minded Legal Counsel, responsible for navigating legal complexities across Bermuda, the Cayman Islands, Europe, and the Caribbean. This position emphasizes strategic growth and regulatory compliance.
In this dynamic role, you will collaborate closely with business leaders and regulators while providing essential legal advice on a wide array of regulatory requirements, from economic substance to AML. Your expertise will play a critical role in supporting corporate transactions and ensuring compliance across various jurisdictions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Advise on applicable insurance and corporate laws
• Support growth initiatives and new market entries
• Maintain regulatory relationships with stakeholders
• Draft and review commercial agreements
• Evaluate legal developments and their implications
Requirements:
• Minimum of 2 years’ post qualification experience
• Direct experience with regulators is beneficial
• Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking
• Impactful communication skills
• Ability to forge strong internal relationships across jurisdictions
