Develop React and TypeScript workforce applications alongside Java services for Miratech’s enterprise Workforce Management product stream.This Senior Full Stack Engineer builds intuitive tools for planners, supervisors, and employees. You will work across React, TypeScript, Java, Spring Boot, Node.Js, REST APIs, and event-driven services. The work supports scheduling, forecasting, staffing calculations, adherence, exceptions, and operational reporting in contact centers.Key Responsibilities:
Develop responsive workforce workflows using React and TypeScriptBuild services for schedule generation, shift management, and exceptionsImplement event-driven workflows for schedules, states, and metricsModel operational data in PostgreSQL and relational databasesParticipate in reviews, design sessions, planning, and improvementRequirements:
Eight or more years owning production full-stack applicationsExperience with Java, Spring technologies, and Spring BootSolid React or Angular, TypeScript, and component-based development experienceStrong SQL and efficient PostgreSQL data modeling skillsExcellent technical documentation and client-facing workshop communicationBring React, TypeScript, Java, and operational data expertise to workforce applications serving complex contact center needs.
